How many of you set a new year’s resolution for your career or home life? So, how’s it goin’ so far? Last week, I presented a program for the National Society of Certified Healthcare Business Consultants in Sanibel Florida on the topic of focus, goals and mindset. Here’s a snapshot to help you achieve success for 2022.

1-Know your purpose and vision
2-Take 100% responsibility for your life
3-Write down three goals
4-Get an accountability partner
5-Maintain a positive attitude
6-Use success habits daily
7-Set boundaries and take action

Consider setting 90 day goals instead of yearly goals. Warren Buffet recommends that you only set three goals. If you set too many, your efforts are diluted and it will be challenging to accomplish the objectives in a timely manner. This can lead to frustration and giving up. Only you can make the changes necessary to move to the next level of performance.
